All the numbers that Vodacom gave me, is not working. I am furious as my Blackberry is not working. I have no contact details just 082 111 and that is Vodacom and they CANNOT HELP ME!!!! I need you to contact me within the next 30 minutes and restore my BIS immediately or I will take this matter further. No one told me that if I take out a top up 49, my phone will not be working. WHAT THE HELL???? I've been trying to call this so cold company and i'm not getting any answer, what is wrong with you people....i have not agreed to any contract,my blackberry isn't working after i received the Top Up 49 message yesterday,i will report this matter this afternoon and further actions will be taken.

Please be aware that I have had no joy dealing with your company as I have been sent from pillar to post for a mere sim swop. I've been waiting for this since the 27th of May 2014 and when I'm calling I get the feeling that no one knows what's happening. Just now a "supervisor" by the name of Pauline (011 523 3123) failed to answer my questions, resorting to ignoring me and chatting to someone else whilst I was explaining my problem to her giving me the impression that she did'nt care. I am now at a point that I searching for a Regulatory Body, Ombudsman, NCR- for this industry. Now I'm taking it up with Hello Peter.

I am trying to do a sim swop since 24 Dec 2014. everytime you phone they answer with a recording about high call volumes "but your call is important" "I wonder" It is now 31 Dec 2014 I spoke to a supervisor and he said that their return rate for call is 24 to 48 working hours so that means that they can come back to you only a week after your call query was locked. I am waiting 7 days to do a simple sim swop. Please be very careful and be warned before you decide to join this company. This is not good service or any service for that matter.

The so called postpaid company, there are really crooks be warned. I got missing airtime s and data's due to those parasites.
ReplyDeleteI bought their top up last year cause they said they were promoting, they will send 55 airtime for about 18months. They never fulfilled their promises,all I'm experiencing now is missing airtime and data's. I confronted vodacom about my concerns, they're not helpful. I have asked about my data's that just disappear, they referred me to the so called postpaid company. I have tried to know the duration of the contract if it does exist, no one got the clue .I have tried to council the so called contract, they said to me it gonna take 14working days,which I agreed. But it seems as they mistaken years by days cause I'm still waiting for their calls for assurance that the so called contract is cancelled. I don't understand why vodacom can allow such crooks to terrorize customers on their own territory. Cause I my prepaid SIM card at vodacom. Everything is registered on this number, my accounts,my children school accounts, my bonds, day to day business, you name them. My last option will be to part ways with vodacom. Guys,warn our brothers and sisters out there about this scam.
ReplyDeleteI have been speaking to one of them on their call centre,which I'm not sure whether is a call center or training centre .Cause the one who tried to listen to my concerns, he can't even pronounced his surname. I asked for my call'S reference number, it was heaven on earth. It took some times before he provide the ref no. Guys be warned please, one is toooooo many. Don't step on the same trap.

What was almost about 2years ago. again phoned a year ago with same problem still now never fixed. The best thing about it dont even have my bank acc. Now i want a sim swop 1st they say a day and that has passed, then i phone again then they said 2 days, wow wat do you know that has passed aswell. I used my lawyers but they also failed. I reported the matter to SAFM Speakout, Consumer Counsel but all failed to help me. Please anybody help me.
